Behind the Pass invites you to let go of the menu and trust the kitchen. A mid‑week ritual where skill, passion and instinct take centre stage, guided by seasonal produce and creative inspiration.
Guests are invited to gather for an intimate shared dining experience with ocean views that stretch beyond the horizon and an artisanal menu revealed slowly, course by course. Each Tuesday, guests enjoy a two-course shared menu featuring:
- A mystery amuse-bouche
- Two entrées deigned to share
- Two mains designed to share
Simply arrive, take your seat and enjoy an intimate shared four-dish dining experience designed to be savoured together.

– All dietary requirements are catered for, please note this when making your booking
– Bookings are essential as seating is limited
– The evening operates as a set menu, the restaurant à la carte menu will not be available. Guests seated in the bar are welcome to order from the bar menu.
*Credit card payments are subject to a 1.9% merchant service fee. A 10% surcharge will apply on Sundays and a 15% surcharge on public holidays.
