Our menu is shaped by the seasons, local producers and the ingredients that best reflect the coast and surrounding regions.

Working closely with growers, fishermen and suppliers, the kitchen creates dishes that feel connected to place, using techniques such as smoking, pickling, preservation and dashi to bring out the best in each ingredient.

Guests can choose from a two-course, three-course or five-course menu, allowing the experience to be as relaxed or as considered as the occasion calls for.

The five‑course tasting menu offers a deeper experience of Meribella. Shaped by the coastline, the season and the producers behind each ingredient.

Designed to be experienced in full, the tasting journey moves with a natural rhythm; generous, thoughtful and grounded in place.
