Stroll the Esplanade
We’re pleased to be part of Stroll the Esplanade, a one-day cocktail trail celebrating some of Terrigal’s best bars, restaurants and beachfront venues.
Presented by The Esplanade Terrigal and Soul Vodka, the event invites guests to explore the Esplanade at their own pace, discovering exclusive cocktails created especially for the occasion. With no set route, it’s an opportunity to experience the energy of the coastline, one venue at a time.
Event Information:
When: Sunday September 13 | 4pm – 7pm
Cost: $59 pp | includes three exclusive cocktails across three participating venues (vodka based)
How It Works:
- Choose your starting venue when booking.
- Arrive from 4pm to collect your trail map and cocktail tokens.
- Enjoy a snack at your chosen starting venue.
- Explore Terrigal at your own pace, with final cocktail redemptions available until 7pm.

The Sunset Martini: a vibrant cocktail made with Soul Vodka, Chinola passionfruit liqueur, mango purée, fresh lime and cranberry, shaken with aquafaba for a silky finish.
Trail-exclusive snack: Brisket Croquettes, served with smoked aioli, pickled chilli and fresh herbs.
Set against sweeping views of Terrigal Beach, Meribella bar is the perfect place to begin your afternoon or settle in as the trail unfolds along the coastline.
