Designed for sharing, our 36-Hour Wagyu Tri-Tip will delight. Slow-cooked for 36 hours and finished over the chargrill, this generous shared feast is served as a set menu with bread to start, main and sides per person. Rich, tender and made for gathering around the table.

Father’s Day Truffle Burger: $40
Double Cooper Tree Farm Wagyu patties, smoky bacon, Pyengana cheddar, fried onion and fresh Manjimup black truffle, served on a brioche bun with house-cut fries and your choice of draught beer, house wine or soft drink.
