The bar at Meribella is shaped by the rhythm of the coast with ocean views that set the pace. An easy place to settle in, whether for a drink or something to share.
Cocktails are balanced and quietly expressive, while the wine list stays close to home, with a focus on the Hunter Valley, regional NSW and beyond.
The bar menu sits naturally alongside the kitchen, offering smaller plates, shared dishes and more comforting options, each guided by the season, the produce and the people behind it.
GOLDEN HOUR
daily | 5pm - 6pm
The Golden Hour menu presents, a handcrafted selection of Martinis and Margaritas, reimagined the Meribella way. Thoughtfully balanced, beautifully presented, and for just $19 (usually $24).
If cocktails aren’t your preference, Golden Hour also features a selection of wines and tap beer for $10.
