Enjoy a decadent banquet-style Christmas Lunch created by award-winning Head Chef Joshua Mason. This special occasion will include a premium beverage package and the chance to embrace the festive season in the most indulgent way possible.
The menu features a fresh seafood platter and charcuterie to start, followed by roasted Humpty Doo barramundi, Balmain bug pasta and roasted duck with confit legs and a cherry jus. To finish, you’ll enjoy a classic crème caramel to share, as well as a festive strawberry and Champagne trifle with housemade custard, vanilla sponge and poached fruits.
